Negotiations on $3.5-T spending bill hit stalemate

WASHINGTON, D.C.: Negotiations over US President Joe Biden's $3.5-trillion spending bill have hit a 'stalemate,' leaving the fate of his entire first-term agenda up in the air.

Mary Avery, an office administrator in New Jersey, said Biden has done a 'terrible' job, citing the withdrawal in Afghanistan.
