PETRON Corp. is slated to offer to the public up to P18-billion worth of fixed rate bonds to partially finance its power plant project and pay existing debts.
In a disclosure on Tuesday, Petron said it intends to issue P18-billion worth of fixed rate bonds consisting of Series E Bonds due in 2025 and Series F bonds due in 2027.
