In search of virtuous leadership

I used to work in a school with a strong character education program. The program is embedded with a virtue of the month that is discussed and highlighted in and outside class.

At that juncture, I thought that basic education is the best and only time that students hear of virtues outside their home. I realized I was mistaken when I took Business Ethics in the postgraduate course. In business and management, literature on virtue ethics, virtuous corporations, and virtuous leadership abound.
