NEA allots P1.8B for projects

THE National Electrification Administration (NEA) said it has allocated P1.827 billion to support the continued implementation of the rural electrification projects in its proposed budget for fiscal year 2022.

In a statement, NEA said P1.627 billion is appropriated for the implementation of the Sitio Electrification Program. At least P200 million is earmarked for the Electric Cooperatives Emergency and Resiliency Fund.
