THE P777.55-billion Philippine National Railway Clark Phase 2 project has been envisioned to stimulate further development in Central Luzon's economic climate as growth and recovery are expected to happen when its operations begin.

This was announced recently by Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade, who assured the North-South Commuter Rail (NSCR) project will create needed jobs that will augment the region's economic growth and recovery efforts in light of the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
