SEC green lights AllDay IPO, Petron bond offering

THE Securities and Exchange Commission cleared the initial public offering of AllDay Marts Inc. and the P50-billion bond offering of Petron Corp.

The commission on Friday said it has rendered effective the registration statements of AllDay Marts and Petron Corp.
