As the country celebrates World Contraception Day, the Commission on Population and Development (Popcom) and the Department of Health batted for an increased awareness of the reproductive health program amid the continuing challenges posed by the pandemic.
Popcom executive director Juan Antonio Perez 3rd said there is a "strong need" for family planning services even during the pandemic as more women want to delay their pregnancy.
