Isko best performing mayor in NCR – survey

MANILA Mayor Francisco 'Isko Moreno' Domagoso was the top performing local chief executive in the National Capital Region with an 88-percent approval rating, a survey conducted by research group RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) showed.

Domagoso, who launched his presidential candidacy on Wednesday, edged out perennial topnotcher Quezon City Mayor Maria Josefina 'Joy' Belmonte who placed second with 82 percent and Pasig City Mayor Victor Maria Regis 'Vico' Sotto who got 81 percent.
