PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte announced on Wednesday that the use of face shields will no longer be required outdoors.
In his pre-recorded public address, Duterte said he approved the recommendation of the technical advisory group and medical experts on the use of face shields only in 3Cs (closed, crowded, and close contact) areas.
