FULLY grown cannabis plants with an estimated value of P192.9 million were uprooted and destroyed by Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and the Philippine National Police (PNP) operatives in the municipality of Tinglayan in Kalinga on Thursday and Friday.

A total of 18 clandestine marijuana farm sites with a combined land area of 7.1 hectares were raided.
