MALACANANG on Thursday maintained that the International Criminal Court (ICC) has no jurisdiction over the Philippines after the international tribunal authorized an investigation into the killings in the country's war on drugs.
In a statement, Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo said that the ICC has no authority to continue its investigation, citing the country's withdrawal from the Rome Statute.
