TUGUEGARAO CITY: Batanes Gov. Marilou Cayco is pleading for help after typhoon "Kiko" devastated the province over the weekend.

as half of its roof was blown away by strong winds.
"Houses, schools and government buildings were among those with swept roofs," she said on Monday in a virtual news briefing.
