THE independent OCTA Research group sees Covid-19 cases in Cebu City dropping and the number of infections in Metro Manila yet to peak.
OCTA released its latest report on Monday when the Department of Health (DoH) said 640 new cases of the highly transmissible Delta variant were detected, pushing the total Delta cases to 2,708.
