Ex-Duterte adviser, Budget exec, 7 others under Imigration lookout

THE Department of Justice (DoJ) issued an immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) against former presidential economic and business adviser Michael Yang, Lloyd Christopher Lao of the Procurement Service of the Department of Budget and Management, along with seven others linked to the alleged overpricing of medical supplies using public funds.

'I have released an ILBO addressed to the BI [Bureau of Immigration] covering the persons of Messrs. Lloyd Christopher Lao and seven others, as requested by Senate President [Vicente 'Tito'] Sotto III,' he said.
