TO celebrate Philippine-China relations, the Association for the Philippines-China Understanding (APCU) and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Philippines feted 10 individuals who helped promote the friendship between the two countries.
Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian and APCU President Jeffrey Ng led the awarding that was divided into three categories: Hall of Fame, Outstanding Contributions and Major Contributions.
