THE Department of Agrarian Reform's (DAR) distribution of idle government-owned lands (GOLs), parcelization of collective certificates of land ownership award (CCLOAs) and zero-backlog case policy programs under the leadership of DAR Secretary John Castriciones are seen to improve the lives of farmers in the countryside.
This, the Secretary reported coincides with the twin celebration of the 50th Founding Anniversary of the DAR and the 33rd Anniversary of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP).
