THE Philippine Red Cross (PRC) quickly responded after a fire broke out on the 25th floor involving 10 construction workers at the SM Mega Tower along EDSA, Mandaluyong.
PRC dispatched two fire trucks and four ambulances with 29 trained personnel in emergency medical services to respond to the fire incident to immediately provide rescue operations and first aid to the affected workers trapped in the building.
