BEFORE the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) convenes next week in New York, there must first be a resolution of the issue of who should legitimately represent Myanmar.
There are two possible choices in this representation question: the de facto government of the military which grabbed the reins of government in the Feb. 1, 2021 coup d' etat or the National Unity Government (NUG).
