I THINK the decision-making on quarantines should be subject to quarantine. To make my point, maybe I should lazily cut and paste my prior column that covered "Decision-making process" a year ago and how the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) announced and walked back a decision and illustrated the theme of "Fire, Aim, Ready?" At least I will not be violating copyright laws and only cutting and pasting myself. On the government's decision making on how to deal with Covid, as Shakespeare put it in Act 1 of "King Lear" and Billy Preston further amplified it in his classic 1974 hit, "Nothing from nothing leaves nothing. You gotta have something if you want to be with me."

Speaking of music, the quality of the quarantine status decision-making and its dissemination reminded me of when I was on a bus in Philadelphia as a student at Wharton in 1985. There was a very lousy band playing on a street corner and loudly as well. An elderly man said to his companion, "That is not music; they are just playing."
