BACOLOD CITY: Four persons were killed after they figured in a vehicular accident at the national highway in Barangay Miranda, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental, Thursday afternoon.
Killed were tricycle driver Simeon Noblezada, 62, and passengers Meldy Capillo, Dena Espinosa and Kent Tolido.
