CONCEPCION, Tarlac: Mayor Andres Lacson and Gov. Susan Yap traded barbs over a vaccination program in a barangay (village) here.
Lacson claimed Yap failed to coordinate with the municipal government when it conducted a vaccination program in his town. The row started after Lacson posted a lengthy message on social media, criticizing the manner in which the provincial government conducted the vaccination program in Concepcion without his knowledge.
