THE Philippine Air Force-Accident Investigation Board (PAF-AIB) has identified pilot vertigo as the reason behind the Black Hawk helicopter crash in Capas, Tarlac in June that claimed the lives of six airmen.
According to the PAF-AIB report, the helicopter entered a thunderstorm that may have caused the possible disorientation of the pilot.
