THE full implementation of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EE&C) will not only help mitigate the disastrous effects of climate change but would also serve to lower power costs for consumers, Energy Secretary Afonso Cusi said.
"Energy efficiency is seen as a major driver in the increased GHG (greenhouse gas) reduction/avoidance of the energy sector with its full implementation," Cusi said.
