The truth is found hiding

WHILE watching the Korean film, 'Fabricated City' (2017) with its plot twists and action-packed sequences - I came to realize the fallibility and limits of our capacity as humans to make judgments by relying highly on solid and physical evidence without the consideration of inexplicit and implausible circumstances.

Kwon Yoo, the main protagonist of the film, is sentenced to a lifetime in prison for a murder he did not commit, despite the legal evidence acquired from the crime scene such as his fingerprints, CCTV tapes, the knife and DNA, which all matched upon the investigation and development of the legal case. Kwon Yoo lived through hardships in prison by dealing with an alpha prisoner and syndicate Ma Deok-Soo, even missing his mother's untimely death and funeral. Eventually, Kwon Yoo was able to escape through the help of an old prisoner and his gaming friends, where his gaming group was able to uncover the truth behind the false conclusion of his murder, which was unsurprisingly a frameup by a more powerful syndicate. Through a series of fortunate events, Kwon Yoo and his gaming group eventually exposed the workings of the syndicate mastermind, Min Chun-Sang, by broadcasting hidden videos and data through the Korean Broadcasting Network to let the world know.
