Experts weigh in on booster shots

Philippine vaccine experts are deliberating on the waning immunity provided by Covid-19 vaccines as well as the administration of booster doses to medical frontliners and immunocompromised individuals.

'As of now, while we are working very closely with it, we have yet to come up with a very clear recommendation on what we need to assess booster doses,' said Dr. Nina Gloriani during the Laging Handa briefing on Wednesday.
