Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Benjamin "Benhur" Abalos Jr. on Wednesday said approximately 70 percent of those eligible for vaccination in the nation's capital region will be fully vaccinated by the end of September.
He said as of August 31, around eight million of Metro Manila's target population of 9.8 million have received the first dose of the anti-Covid-19 vaccine, while 4.5 million have already been inoculated with the second dose.
