Palace: Duterte leaves PDP-Laban dispute to Supreme Court

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte is leaving it up to the Supreme Court (SC) to decide on the ongoing rift between factions in the ruling party Partido Demokratiko Pilipino–Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban), Malacañang said on Wednesday.

Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. made the statement even as he insisted that Duterte remains the party's chairman following Sen. Aquilino 'Koko' Pimentel 3rd's election.
