THE House of Representatives on Tuesday approved on third and final reading a bill exempting rewards and incentives given to national athletes and coaches who win in major international competitions from taxes.
House Bill 9990, or the Hidilyn Diaz Act, amends certain sections of the National Athletes and Coaches Benefits and Incentives Act.
