PhilHealth lauded for not stopping hospital payments

SEN. Christopher Lawrence 'Bong' Go on Monday praised the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) for positively responding to his appeal not to implement its circular to stop paying hospital claims that are under investigation.

'I thank PhilHealth for heeding my appeal to give time to hospitals so their service to ordinary Filipinos will not be affected, especially now we are in the midst of a public health emergency,' Go said.
