MIDSAYAP, North Cotabato: Despite the current pandemic, the provincial government of North Cotabato will push through with the celebration of the Kalivungan festival on its 107th founding anniversary on Sept. 1, 2021.

According to Josephine Abellana, head of the Public Affairs Office's Sports Tourism Development Division, said the celebration will be made simpler and most activities shall be held virtually to comply with minimum health and safety protocols implemented by the provincial Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.
