'Pacquiao ready to run as an independent bet'

SEN. Emmanuel 'Manny' Pacquiao is prepared to run as an independent presidential candidate in 2022, an official of the ruling Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) said on Monday.
