Child, 4, loses battle with Delta variant in Cotabato

A four-year-old in Tupi town, South Cotabato, died from the Covid-19 Delta variant, provincial health officer Dr. Rogelio Aturdido confirmed on Thursday.

According to Aturdido, it is probable that the child contracted the variant of the virus from a hospital in Davao City since he tested negative in an RT-PCR test prior to leaving South Cotabato.
