1st virtual National Schools Press Conference held

To enrich the learning experience and sustain the social consciousness of basic education learners amid the pandemic, the Department of Education (DepEd) conducted the first virtual National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) from August 11 to 13.

With the prevalence of the internet and social media usage in implementing distance learning, the NSPC aimed to capacitate learners, school paper advisers and relevant personnel on the importance of responsible journalism and fair and ethical use of social media.
