RL Commercial sets P65-B offering

Robinsons Land Corp.'s real estate investment trust (REIT), RL Commercial REIT Inc. (RCR), on Wednesday said it has secured a permit to sell from the Securities and Exchange Commission for its initial public offering.

In the statement, the company said its total market capitalization will be P64.2 billion at its IPO price of P6.45 per share.
