Australia eyes forced jabbing vs virus rage

SYDNEY: As the Australian state of New South Wales (NSW) recorded its third day of over 800 Covid-19 cases on Monday, state authorities are now eyeing forced vaccination for all citizens to end virus surge and find the path out of the prolonged lockdown.

NSW recorded 818 new locally acquired cases and three deaths in the 24 hours to 8 p.m. (10 p.m. in Manila) on Sunday night, bringing the death toll of the latest outbreak since June 16 to 74.
