Duterte accepts VP endorsement
President Rodrigo Duterte has accepted the endorsement of the ruling party Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) for him to run for vice president in the 2022 elections.
Cabinet Secretary Karlo Alexei Nograles, executive vice president of the PDP-Laban faction led by Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi, made the announcement after the party leaders' meeting with the President in Malacañang on Monday.
