Duterte: I will stand by Duque 'even if it will bring me down'

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte again came to the defense of embattled Health Secretary Francisco Duque 3rd, saying he will stand by him 'even if it will bring me down.'

This, as Duterte hit anew the Commission on Audit (CoA) for its recent audit report on the Department of Health (DoH), which uncovered some P67.3-billion worth of 'deficiencies' in the management of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) funds.
