The government appointed Energy Undersecretary Donato Marcos as officer-in-charge (OIC) of the National Power Corp. (Napocor).
Marcos replaced Melchor Ridulme, Napocor vice president for legal affairs, who previously held the OIC post following the demise of Napocor president and chief executive Pio Benavidez.
