THE Philippines received three million more doses of China's Sinovac vaccines for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) on Thursday, as public and private officials continue to ramp up the rollout of jabs amid the lockdown in Metro Manila.
The coronavirus shots arrived in the country via Philippine Airlines flight at 5:55 p.m. National Task Force Against Covid-19 Chief Implementer Carlito Galvez, Jr. welcomed the new shipment at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
