NAVOTAS Mayor Tobias "Toby" Tiangco on Wednesday appealed anew to his constituents to register and get inoculated against Covid-19 as he revealed that the city now has the highest average daily rate attack (ADAR) in the country.
In June this year, Navotas had the lowest ADAR based on the records from the OCTA Research Group at 3.48.
