The South Commuter Railway (SCR) will not only lessen the travel time for workers but also increase access to jobs, a report released by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) said.

In a blog released on Tuesday, the ADB said that workers in cities and municipalities with SCR stations will gain access to more than 300,000 jobs on average, an increase of 15.3 percent in the south and 8.5 percent in Metro Manila.
