Del Monte PH, Vinamilk enters JV for dairy distribution

Del Monte Philippines Inc. (DMPI) entered into a joint venture with regional dairy company, Vietnam Dairy Products JSC, for the importation and distribution of Vinamilk dairy products in the country.

In a statement on Tuesday, the local subsidiary of Del Monte Pacific Ltd. said both companies will contribute 50 percent of the total investment capital.
