SEN. Panfilo "Ping" Lacson said President Rodrigo Duterte was "out of line" in publicly castigating the Commission on Audit (CoA) after it released a report indicating deficiencies in the use of the P67.3 billion fund against the pandemic.

The senator on Tuesday said CoA "was just performing its mandate and responsibility to the people and the Constitution" when it called out the Department of Health (DoH) on the matter.
