Former US diplomat faces sex abuse raps

The Pasay City Prosecutor's Office (PCPO) recommended the filing of charges against Dean Edward Cheves, a former US diplomat, for violating Republic Act (RA) 7610 or the 'Special Protection of Children against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination' and RA 9775 or the 'Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009.'
