PHNOM PENH:
According to authorities, almost 20,000 people have been detained in the last 2 weeks in Cambodia for flouting the Royal Government's curfew and restriction measures.

The scale of the problem was confirmed by Kim Santepheap, secretary of state of the Ministry of Justice and spokesman for the Inter-Ministerial Commission for Combating Covid-19.
