Vista Land profit up 9% to P3.8B in Jan-June

VISTA Land & Lifescapes Inc. recorded a 9-percent rise in its net income for the first semester to P3.8 billion.

The listed property developer said slower construction activities in the provincial areas amid varying quarantine restrictions slumped its real estate revenues by 13 percent to P11.1 billion in the first half.
