Duterte accepts Avisado's resignation as Budget chief

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has accepted the resignation of Budget Secretary Wendel Avisado who stepped down 'due to medical reasons,' his spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said in a statement on Friday.
