Filinvest REIT inches up on debut

The country saw its third real estate investment trust (REIT) on Thursday as Filinvest Land Inc.'s Filinvest REIT Corp. debuted on the Philippine Stock Exchange.

The REIT traded sideways, which Philstocks Financial Inc. research associate Claire Alviar said is expected as seen in the first day performances of the two preceding REITs.
