DoST-I awards financial assistance to San Jose (Caba) Multipurpose Cooperative

SAN Jose Multipurpose Cooperative (SJMPC) is a cooperative located in San Jose Caba, La Union that produces cassava cake, cassava puto, cassava flour and malunggay powder. Headed by Noel Banan, the cooperative received fund assistance worth P128,000 for the provision of packaging materials and labeling design for their products.

The fund was released and awarded to the cooperative by the Department of Science and Technology (DoST) regional office in San Fernando City, La Union on July 30, 2021.
