DoLE to employers: Pay salaries of unvaccinated workers

EMPLOYERS must still pay the salaries due their employees who are not allowed to report just because they are not vaccinated, according to the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE).

Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello 3rd, in a recent virtual briefing, reiterated his advisory that unvaccinated workers should still be able to go to work and should not be discriminated against even as he encouraged them to get vaccinated.
